The ‘Cutest Baby Contest’ is open to all babies born on or after January 1st, 2019. Entries will be accepted until July 12th. A public vote (July 13th to 19th) will determine 5 finalists and our judges will select another five finalist to make up the top ten. A final vote from July 20th to the 23rd will determine the final 3 winners.
