A little boy’s favorite stuffed animal was lost in a canal in Ottawa, Ontario that had frozen over. But thanks to the four-year-old boy’s older brother Sebastian, a rescue was coming. Sebastian urged his mom to reach out to neighbors to see if anyone might be able to help retrieve Rudolph.
A mission to rescue the toy was organized. Even the Crown Corporation of Ottawa the National Capital Commission signed on, pledging to put its squad on the lookout.
