Sometimes it takes more than just good intentions to make a real difference. Sometimes the boldest plan, the brightest vision, or the most needed community project falls short for lack of support; volunteers; or funds. That’s why Power99FM created the Community Airtime Award. We are putting the ‘power’ of radio behind a deserving, non-profit group, in the form of a free $60,000 professional market program… from the marketing plan to the creative, to on-air advertising.
Congratulations to the Community Airtime Award winner for 2022, Conservation Learning Centre!
The CLC is passionate about educating students and the general public about our natural environment and food production here in Saskatchewan. By offering in-person, hands-on experiences. Such as their Nature Trail is a 1.5 km loop, set within an agricultural area but surrounded by wetlands and native poplar bluffs.
They provide a school program that serves students in grades 3 to 11 as well as science clubs, group homes, and other community groups.
Looking for a unique experience to gain agricultural experience on a variety of topics? We are hiring for 2022. Please check out our job opportunities @ https://t.co/m0VWiuWJ19 pic.twitter.com/wZVJt9yBCN
