Lake Country Co-op’s Fuel Good Day is back on September 17, 2024! This annual event gives you the chance to make a positive impact in your community by simply filling up your tank. Whether you’re in Prince Albert, Air Ronge, La Ronge, Spiritwood, Birch Hills, or Nipawin, your fuel purchase will help support local charities and nonprofit organizations.
How Does Fuel Good Day Work?
On September 17th, every time you fuel up at a participating Lake Country Co-op Gas Bar, 10 cents per litre of fuel sold will be donated to local organizations. And it’s not just limited to fuel—$1 from every Big Cool Slush and Co-op Coffee sold will also be contributed to the cause. All grades of gasoline and diesel are eligible (Cardlocks are excluded), so no matter what you drive, you can make a difference.
Since the event’s inception in 2017, Fuel Good Day has raised over $142,410 for local charities. This year promises to be another impactful day, with a variety of organizations set to benefit from your fuel purchases.
