“Enjoy Every Sandwich” Warren Zevon’s Final “Late Show” Appearance

Warren Zevon, and his song “Werewolves Of London” is a pretty common tune this close to Halloween. And in a timely way, Youtube reminded those on the internet that Sunday (Oct 30th) marks the 20 anniversary of Warren Zevon’s last appearance on the Late Night Show With David Letterman. The interview itself was so well done and highlighted Zevon’s cancer diagnosis and how he was coping with his inevitable passing.

This interview took place nearly a year before he passed away in Sept 2003.

I think the world needs to see this extraordinary episode again. “Enjoy every sandwich.”
