In T.V land it’s known as “Rosebud Motel” in Schitt’s Creek. But in reality, it’s known as Hocksley Motel in Orangeville, Ontario. It’s also for sale for nearly 2 million dollars! Now if you watched the show you might think “how could that mid-century out-of-date decore poorly painted unit be worth almost 2 million?!
Well, actually the interior of the Rosebud Motel in Schitt’s Creek was just some props in a studio! The actual Hocksley Motel in Orangeville, Ontario is really nice!
