It’s not too often you get to see a name like Christopher Walken linked to a character about a man from Saskatchewan! Zac Braff is also in the list of actors in the movie “Percy” who was a Saskatchewan Farmer and the town mayor for Bruno Saskatchewan in the late ’90s. If you watch the trailer you can tell the movie will be about as interesting as it can be when it comes to a small town farmer up against a big-time corporate company talking about who’s seed belongs to who. But we are talking millions of dollars and a small-town guy fighting for the little farmers all over the world.
I guess what has me wanting to see the movie is simply the Saskatchewan connection it has. The town Bruno, is not too far away from us either, just a one hour drive south on Prince Albert on Highway 2! They put on a really fun car show every too.
