Self-isolation is making everyone go a little stir-crazy, myself included! I had fun with this workout though.
I managed to get outside for a walk and a run and felt really good! Learn to embrace the days that you feel good because not everyday is going to be like that. The wind kicked my butt a bit, but I kicked right back!
